On this occasion to convey a social message to kids and guests a play \"Vivekanand\"
by Shekhar Sen was shown. \"Vivekanand\" is a mono act musical play in Hindi, which
discloses the making of this great rebel saint who changed the history with his
vision & work. This 2 hour long play unfolds the stories of his childhood, impact of
brahma-samaj, eagerness to find God & meeting the great mentor Sri Ramkrisna
Paramhansa & thus the making of Swami Vivekanand. The unforgettable Chicago speech,
which brought India & Hinduism in the limelight in 1893, establishes his love for
humanity & seeing the world as one family. Written, composed & enacted by Shekhar
Sen, this \'Shilpkaar\' presentation is committed to bring awareness by enlightening
the minds with Vivekanand\'s revolutionary thoughts.
On this occasion a video about how the whole concept of \'Ek Kaam Desh Ke Naam\' was
put into work was shown, the video also showed the tears of happiness of kids on
having qualified for the scholarship.
Sushma Swaraj said the Vivekanand play and scholarship program have a co-relation as
it shows the struggle of Vivekanand\'s life to do something for the country same as
through this program our activists are trying to do something for the society. It
was just the first step towards educating the society and our organisation will
continue with the work in future.
Vijay Kumar Malhotra Congratulated Rajiv Babbar and his team on coming up with such
a good concept and its successful implementation.
During the program O.P. Babbar, Raj Kumar Behl, Vani Tripathi, Pankaj Singh, Dr.
Harsh Vardhan and others were also present.
Rajiv Babbar said the motive behind starting this kind of project was simple, to
increase the importance of education among the lower class of the society and do
something away from politics for our country that is why we named the whole program
\"Ek Kaam Desh Ke Naam...\".
